Real conversations with real people. Baller Talk is a dope platform finding and cementing its place in the world of football. Footballers James Alabi, Femi Ilesanmi and Medy Elito provide us with content hard to find but greatly admired in an industry dominated by PR, media training and subtle reclusiveness.
In fairness to the players of today, we can't blame them for the way they move, especially in this climate where social media is a double-edged sword. They keep themselves to themselves and show out by balling out on the pitch, but the fans are always eager to connect on a deeper level. Whilst they are footballers, they are human beings first and foremost and this platform allows us to see that.

Baller Talk have gifted us with guest appearances from professionals in the game at all levels who are able to inform, inspire and entertain. We have a bunch of favourite episodes but one that really hits home is the Jordan Ibe episode in Season 1, the boys provide a cool vibe allowing Ibe to feel comfortable enough to share his perspective on life as a footballer, the ups and downs and how determination keeps you around.
Not only do they bless us with the guests but they also have insightful conversations between themselves, how they persevere through the English National League, stay fly through the fashion, thoughts on the culture from a Black British African lens and making us aware of what it takes to make it as a professional footballer. It's only right to briefly mention footballer Manny Parry who plays his part in connecting dots behind the scenes, can't go unnoticed.
Below you'll find the Jordan Ibe and Michael Bennett (PFA) episodes to get you familiar. Show some love and subscribe to their YouTube channel.
